Movie: Another New Wall Street Poster

Another poster is released for the movie Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps starring Michael Douglas, Shia LaBeouf, and Josh Brolin. This comes a few days after the teaser trailer and first poster were also released.

The reaction to the trailer were split. But I hope that this movie does good because I'm a fan of LaBeouf and I want him to recover from that piece of crap Transformers 2. So Oliver Stone make me proud!

Take A Look:

Music: Drake, Lil Wayne, Eminem to Perform "Forever" At Grammys

News of the day! Drake, Lil Wayne and Eminem will perform their hit collaboration "Forever" at the Grammys.

That's right, and better news, no Kanye West. I'm a big fan of Kanye West, but I didn't like his verse in the song. Even better, Travis Barker is added in the lineup. Now that's awesome.

I loved his take on the hit song, if you haven't seen it take a look after the jump and I doubt that you will tell me Travis Barker shouldn't be there.

Music Video: Usher - Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)

Here is the Chris Robinson directed video for Usher's first single off his sixth studio album Raymond v. Raymond, "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)" out March 30. Pretty cool aye Pati?

Movie: Toy Company Reveals Captain America and Thor Costume Designs!

Well looky here! Kotobuyika, a toy company which has an exclusive deal with Marvel, has revealed the costume designs for Captain America and Thor.

If you don't believe me, they previously released Incredible Hulk and Punisher: Warzone design toys before their movies came out.

I like it, they'res actually two different designs of Captain America. One is of him with what looks like a helmet and the feathers painted on the side with the "A" letter looking a bit retro. The other is what we all are used to, a more modernised version of the mask. I  can not wait for news on both movies especially Captain America, we're still waiting on who will play the American hero.

Excited?

Movie: Spider-Man 4 Cancelled, Reboot in 2012!

Now this is a shocker. After a week of hell between Spider-Man director Sam Raimi and Sony, the studio decided to end the current franchise and reboot for a 2012 release.

After some serious delays, Raimi wanted out after refusing to make a movie he's not comfortable with, same situation he had with Spider-Man 3. So Raimi I reckon ended up not wanting to do the sequel, followed by Tobey Maguire who wouldn't do it without Raimi. That sux big time because I loved the franchise. I also loved Spider-Man 3. I do not know why everyone seems to hate it. If it made nearly $900m at the box office, then there's some serious liars out there conforming to what the critics say and not just admit that they at least liked it, the idiots.

So no Raimi and no Maguire, how is anyone going to top the original? If they're going to reboot the movie, how bout in a few years time, and focus on rebooting the crap as Fantastic Four movies?

Movie: Avatar Sinks Titanic To Become Australia's Highest Grossing Movie

The movie that no one (except for me) expected to be such a hit that it is now, has now become Australia's top grossing film of all time. How did a movie that cost about half a million to make, make so much money, when no one knew what it was about?

Avatar, released in Australia December 18 2009, grossed $58.8m, outselling Titanic with $57.65m, making it the fastest selling movie ever, reaching it in just 22 days. It also breaks the record for the biggest 3D movie, raking in 78% of the total revenue.

Worldwide, Avatar has become the 2nd top grossing film ever, with $1.34b, behind Titanic with a whopping 1.84b. US takings is $429m, 3rd behind Titanic and 2008's top movie The Dark Knight, both reaching over $500m.

Aussie Sam Worthington stars in this movie as a paralized ex-marine, on a mission to the world of Pandora, as an avatar. He is drawn to the world after meeting one of the Navi natives Neytiri, played by Zoe Saldana, and they fall in love. He is then torn between obeying his orders and saving the world he feels is home.

The movie is directed by James Cameron, who also was responsible for Titanic, making him the only director to have two movies reach over 1b. They are also the only movies in the top 10 of the all time highest grossing movies that are not sequels.

Can anything stop Avatar's running rampage over the Box Office?

Movie: New Nightmare on Elm Street Featurette

I wasn't really into this remake of the classic and I didn't think anyone would do Freddy Krueger justice, which was originally played by Robert Englund. That was until Jackie Earle Haley was cast. There was no better actor I could think of that could play the role than Haley. I loved him in Watchmen as Rorschach, he was easily my best character in the movie, mainly due to Haley's portrayal.

This featurette is a first look at behind the scenes with Jackie Earle Haley taking on the iconic role. So take a look and hope you enjoy:

Movie: Blake Lively Cast in Green Lantern

Gossip Girl's Blake Lively has been cast as The Green Lantern's leading lady Carol Ferris.

Latino Review posted a while ago four other ladies being considered for the role ie. Bond Girl Eva Green, Basterd Diane Kruger, Elektra Jennifer Garner and Keri Russell. This is great news, I'm a fan of all of those considered and I didn't mind if either were cast. She will now prepare for March when the movie starts shooting in Louisiana joining NZ born Director Martin Campbell (Casino Royale) and Ryan Reynolds who was cast as The Green Lantern July last year.

Release date for The Green Lantern is 17 June 2011.

Movie: A-Team Trailer Leaked

Apparently there's a leaked trailer for the movie The A-Team starring Liam Neeson as Col. John "Hannibal" Smith, Bradley Cooper as Templeton "Faceman" Peck, Sharlto Copley as Capt. Murdock and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson as BA Baracus. Looks cool, worth checking out. Take a look:

Movie: Kick Ass Trailer!

Now this movie is one of my anticipated movies this year. Even though i haven't read the Mark Millar comic, everything I see from this movie is just mega awesome. It's hilarious, action packed and its rated R! That means no limits whatsoever!

Heres the synopsis:

Kick-Ass tells the story of average teenager Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), a comic-book fanboy who decides to take his obsession as inspiration to become a real-life superhero. As any good superhero would, he chooses a new name — Kick-Ass — assembles a suit and mask to wear, and gets to work fighting crime. There’s only one problem standing in his way: Kick-Ass has absolutely no superpowers.

His life is forever changed as he inspires a subculture of copy cats, is hunted by assorted violent and unpleasant characters, and meets up with a pair of crazed vigilantes, including an 11-year-old sword-wielding dynamo, Hit Girl (Chloe Moretz) and her father, Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage).

Yahoo has released the 2nd trailer from Kick Ass, featuring for the first time, Mark Strong, who may possibly be the main villain. We also see more of Oscar winner Nicolas Cage as Big Daddy, kicking ass. Check it out!!
