Although it looks annoying when putting it on, its still very cool to have it. Any surface is a screen, and it can sense everything you pick eg. if you pick up a book, it will screen the reviews and further info right on the cover. Here watch the video so I don't have to explain it.
I like it big time but I wouldn't want to wear it around, might get a lot of attention and then get beat up and robbed. Here is another video showing the creators Pattie Maes and Pranav Mistry of MIT’s Media Lab. Enjoy!
